A serviced office is an office space available for rent with included services including tenancy fees, phone, electricity, internet and staffing solutions such as a receptionist to answer calls and complete secretarial tasks.
Terms are often flexible as are office sizes.
|What terms and conditions are there to renting a serviced office?||
More often than not when it comes to the leasing of office space you usually need to sign a binding lease which may involve the need for lawyers.
This is not the case with serviced offices as all that is required is a simple tenancy agreement. This reduces your costs, simplifies the paperwork and speeds up moving process.
|How long do I have to sign up to a serviced office for?||
Our serviced offices are available from as little as 1 hour per week, through to a day a month or full time tenancy on an ongoing basis. The terms are fully flexible and able to be tailored to meet individual business needs.
Both parties are able to terminate the agreement with suitable written notice.
